Darksiders 2 Deathinitive Edition confirmed for PS4 and Xbox One this winter
Nordic Games has confirmed an Xbox One and PS4 version of Darksiders 2 is currently in development and will release this winter.
Nordic Games and Gunfire Games have announced Darksiders 2 Deathinitive Edition will be available on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 this winter.
The Deathinitive Edition of Darksiders 2 will include the original game along with all previously-released downloadable content, which includes the Maker Armor Set, The Abyssal Forge, and The Demon Lord Belial, to name a few. The game has been visually updated for current-gen consoles as it will run in native 1080p. In addition to graphical improvements, adjustments to the game balancing and loot distribution have been made.
We heard reports of this edition of Darksiders 2 was in the works earlier this year, although at the time, we only knew it was being developed for the PlayStation 4. Today’s news not only confirms that previous report, but it also confirms Xbox One owners won’t be left out without their dose of Death this holiday season.

When you said it includes 'the original game' I got excited for about a second...but you meant Darksiders 2. Awww... If this was bundles with DS1, I'd be all over it. I do want to replay this-will have to see the graphical improvements first though, because I for one actually thought DS2 looked worse than DS1.
