Frogmind has announced it is bringing Badland to a number of new platforms in collaboration with Forzenbyte and Blitworks later this month in a special Game of the Year edition.
Frogmind has announced Badland: Game of the Year Edition will be coming out later this month on a number of new platforms.
The title will be released on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, PC, Mac, and Linux on May 26 while the Xbox One receives their version a few days later on May 29. The Nintendo Wii U will also be getting Badland: GOTY Edition some time in June, but no specific launch date was announced.
Badland is a side-scrolling action-adventure game that features physics-based gameplay that has players controlling a flying creature, called Clony. Players guide Clony through a number of traps, puzzles, and obstacles through a mysterious forest.
The GOTY Edition features completely redesigned controls, over 15 hours and 100 levels of single-player content, 100 co-op levels, and 27 multiplayer deathmatch stages that supports 4-player local multiplayer.
Badland: GOTY Edition will be discounted during its launch week at $10 and will go up to $11.99 afterwards. The PlayStation version will feature cross-buy functionality, which means you’ll only have to pay once in order to enjoy the game on either the PS4, PS3, or Vita.
