Abyss Odyssey spreads its nightmare to PlayStation 4 'soon'
Atlus has announced Abyss Odyssey will be available on the PS4 "soon."
Abyss Odyssey will be spreading the Warlock’s nightmare to the PlayStation 4 soon, publisher Atlus has announced today.
Abyss Odyssey: Extended Dream Edition will feature upgraded 1080p graphics and all of the recent updates to the PC version of Abyss Odyssey, which includes combat balances, online 2-play and local 4-player versus mode, Warlock reveals, new unique moves, a Nightmare difficulty for veterans, and other gameplay additions.
Abyss Odyssey is a rogue-like 2-D action platformer that never plays out the same way twice. Monsters, merchants, and pathways between levels won’t be in the same location as they were in previous attempts. Players can choose one of three characters to fight with: Katrien, Pincoya, or Ghost Monk, as they fight the creatures emanating from the Warlock’s mind at the bottom of the abyss. Characters can also capture the souls of enemies to take on their form, which also includes their movesets.
Abyss Odyssey: Extended Dream Edition will be available on the PlayStation Network “soon” and is expected to retail for $14.99.
