Mortal Kombat X focuses on zombie Liu Kang and Kung-Lao
Mortal Kombat X's main storyline will feature undead versions of Liu Kang and Kung-Lao, who are under control by a mysterious power.
A new trailer for Mortal Kombat X has been released that includes members of the Shaolin, Kung-Lao, Kung Jin, and Liu Kang.
The video comes from a rather strange source, Maxim Russia, who apparently have teamed up with Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment to launch the trailer on their YouTube account. Today’s trailer should provide some further insight into the main story of Mortal Kombat X, which reveals Earthrealm’s champions from the past have come back from the dead, and are now under the control of Shinnok.
Yes - you read right. Zombies have now been added to Mortal Kombat X. Is there a game that won’t have zombies included?
Mortal Kombat X will be available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One starting on April 14, although Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 owners will have to wait just a bit longer for their version. We recently learned its Kombat Pack will feature Jason Voorhees and Predator among others.
