Hawken acquired by APB Publisher, Reloaded Productions
Hawken, a mech-themed free-to-play multiplayer shooter that features Occulus Rift support has been acquired by Reloaded Productions, publishers of ABP Reloaded.
Hawken, the free-to-play mech shooter with Oculus Rift support, was listed on Steam Early Access February of last year. Since then, the game's development went pretty silent. However, the developers (Adhesive Games) recently announced via Facebook that the game is being acquired by APB publisher Reloaded Productions.
APB was originall developed by Realtime Worlds (makers of Crackdown) before the studio collapsed. Reloaded Productions acquired the game and relaunched it the free-to-play APB Reloaded. Hawken is still being worked on, but no official release window has yet been announced.
The official announcement of Hawken's acquisition from the new producer Joshua "capnjosh" Clausen:
"I’m pretty excited to *now* be able to announce that Reloaded Games is the new owner of Hawken. It’s a seriously great honor to be a part of the Hawken story, and I want to see it thrive. Once the forums are up we will post more information (they’ve been taking a lot longer than I was hoping)."

If this is even remotely true, this does not bode well.
