Kalypso Media has announced Dungeons 2 will be released on Steam for PC, Mac, and SteamOS starting April 24, with a boxed retail version for PC releasing in Europe on the same day. The US boxed retail version will be available just a few days later on April 28.

Dungeons 2 will finally give fans of Dungeon Keeper the remake they’ve been wanting as the game will allow players to take on the role of the Dungeon Lord as he builds dungeons to take down the forces of good. The game offers unique gameplay, which tasks the Dungeon Lord with building his dungeon in the underworld, and then using real-time strategy when venturing to the overworld.

Players will be able to play through Dungeons 2’s single-player campaign that includes 2 playable factions, 26 unique creatures, and multiple types of heroes and game modes. Four competitive multiplayer modes will also be included that supports up to four players over LAN and the Internet.

Well it certainly has the look down. But, I didn't realize they tried this before (Dungeons 1). Review scores on that were just average. Hopefully they got a lot of idea from that crap IAP version to make this one work.

      Please don't suck.
