Space Hulk: Ascension gets Salamanders Expansion later this month

Full Control is deploying the second expansion for Space Hulk: Ascension later this month, adding new missions centered around the flame-resistant Salamanders.

The Space Hulk world is on the verge of getting a little bigger. Developer Full Control has announced the second expansion for Space Hulk: Ascension, which is set to launch later this month. And as one might imagine, The Salamanders Expansion will bring plenty of Salamander action to the turn-based strategy game.

The Salamanders expansion will add 20 new story missions and 20 flash missions from the story's Salamander Chapter. As implied, players must now contend against the fearsome Salamanders, who have their own distinct abilities, including one that allows them to walk through fire unharmed. The Salamanders Chapter will also introduce environmental challenges, adding an additional challenge in the fight against the Genestealers.
