Weekly Game Release Highlights, December 22-28

'Twas the week of Christmas
And all through the house
Not a blockbuster new release was stirring
Not even...um...

Ok, so I'm not a very good poet. My English degree has failed me.

You get what I'm saying, though. There's not a lot coming this holiday week. Vita and PS3 owners will get their first crack at Resogun, while Wii U owners get a double dose of goodness with Shantae and the Pirate's Curse and the Virtual Console release of Duck Hunt. Everyone else is celebrating the holiday, so Merry Christmas, everybody!

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak.
