'Borderlands Remastered Edition' leaked
Prepare to visit Pandora once again in the upcoming remastered edition of Borderlands.
A listing for “Borderlands Remastered Edition” was found on the Australian Classification Board, which may hint at the possibility of the Borderlands series coming to current-gen consoles.
The listing notes both Gearbox Software and 2K Australia as the authors of the title, while 2K is listed as the publisher. All that appears to be missing now is the official confirmation from 2K. Shacknews has contacted 2K and will update as more information becomes available.
After Borderlands 2 was released, Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford stated definitively that Borderlands 3 was not in development. He did, however, say that the company has more plans for the universe, presumably referring to Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, Tales from the Borderlands, and this.
There’s no real information as to what Borderlands Remastered Edition could be, but I could only dream that it’s a complete pack that includes Borderlands, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, and Borderlands 2 to give us the complete story. Although, my realistic side tells me that I should expect the original Borderlands game, except with very pretty graphics.

If they don't add splitscreen support on the PC, I don't give a shit about this. Also, I don't care what Randy holds responsible for the situation (ie: "you can't have two people signed into Steam at the same time").
Just make it work. I wouldn't even care if all progress was saved to one single account.
