Xbox fall 2015 lineup deemed 'crazy' by Microsoft
This year's fall lineup for Xbox is already pretty impressive, but it might just pale in comparison to next year's lineup.
Microsoft has quite the holiday lineup this year with the releases of Forza Horizon 2 and Sunset Overdrive, as well as the upcoming release of Halo: The Master Chief Collection. But it appears this year may pale in comparison to next year’s lineup.
Xbox head Phil Spencer was a guest on Major Nelson’s podcast this weekend, and during his time there, he revealed something about next year’s fall release schedule. “Looking at production schedules and how things are lining up, next fall is just crazy,” he said. “This fall from a first party/third party standpoint is great. Next fall, honestly it's not hype at all, I honestly don't know that we can actually ship all the stuff that thinks it's trying to ship next fall. It just might be too crowded and we might purposely try to move some things out to spread it.”
We already know some of Microsoft’s titles coming to Xbox next year, which include Halo 5: Guardians, Quantum Break, and Rise of the Tomb Raider. Just what other titles the company has up their sleeves is yet unknown, but I’m certainly interested to learn just how “crazy” they are.
