Xbox One receives $50 price cut for the holidays
The holidays are coming up, and Microsoft wants you to seriously consider its console as your go-to gaming machine this season with its recently announced price cut.
The Xbox One will be receiving a price cut this holiday season, Microsoft has announced this morning.
The price cut is being referred to as a “special, limited-time promotional offer” which will price the console at $349 starting on November 2. The promotional offer will also include a $50 discount for any console of the consumers’ choice, which includes special edition bundles such as the Xbox One Assassin’s Creed Bundle, the Xbox One Special Edition Sunset Overdrive Bundle, and the Xbox One Limited Edition Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Bundle.
This special promotional offer will be valid for the majority of this holiday season as you’ll have between November 2, 2014 until January 3, 2015 to take advantage of it.
This promotion should certainly entice those who have been eyeing picking up an Xbox One for quite some time, and to be honest, it seems this holiday season Microsoft seems to have quite a few worthwhile exclusives when compared to Sony’s lineup.

At this point I'm more interested in an Xbox One than PS4. If I want ultra GRAFIX, I have a PC that I'll keep updated. And there's not much on PS4 now that I can't run at better settings on my computer. But the Xbone's library at the moment contains a lot more exclusive software that either won't be on PC ever, or for a long time. I don't care about 900p when I have a solid computer already.
