Assassin's Creed Unity PC specs released

Ubisoft has released the official system specs for Assassin's Creed Unity. It requires a Intel Core i5 or better, at least 6 GB of RAM, and 50 gigs of space. Check out the minimum and recommended requirements below to see if your PC has the right stuff to play in Ubisofts French revolution sandbox.

Xbox Music to discontinue ad-supported version

Xbox Music will soon no longer offer a free ride for those who don't mind listening to an ad or two. The ad-supported version of Xbox Music is expected to be removed as early as December 1. This means if you want to listen to Xbox Music, you'll need to pony up $10 per month in order to gain access.

Civilization: Beyond Earth review

Ever since Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri released in 1999, fans have longed for a new chance to head back to the stars. Now we have a chance with Civilization: Beyond Earth, but how does it stack up to the classic? Our own Steven Wong reviewed the space civ simulator and found it takes some getting used to. He says some of its quirks didn't work for him, particularly the technology web, but it is a foundation for a better game that fulfills its promise.
