The PC tactical RPG The Banner Saga is now available on iOS devices.

It's listed on the App Store for $9.99. By comparison, the standard listing on Steam is for $19.99. The listing specifies that it does not run on iPhone 4, and instead suggests players have an iPhone 4S or later. It received a positive critical reception on PC and Mac, and it appears identical to those versions aside from the new touch interface.

The Banner Saga was also notable for a legal entanglement with Candy Crush Saga publisher King.com, which opposed its trademark. The situation later resolved amicably.
