Bethesda’s The Evil Within has been creeping us out since the day it was announced, and in preparation for the upcoming Tokyo Game Show, the publisher released a brand-new trailer.

The new trailer starts off simple enough as we see the game’s protagonist Sebastian Castellanos running through what appears to be a corridor filled with hospital equipment. Sebastian is limping as he runs due to an injury to his leg, which the trailer suddenly turns dark showing off the many horrors players can expect in The Evil Within.

We recommend you watch this trailer with the lights turned on and one eye open as we have a feeling you’re going to be feeling a chill or two if you watch it straight on.
