Coffee Stain Studios delivered some good news in the wee hours of Tuesday night. Their unexpected hit Goat Simulator is expanding its rampage beyond PC, now officially hitting iOS and Android.

For those unfamiliar with the capra-centric phenomenon, Goat Simulator puts players in control of a goat roaming around an open world and causing as much mayhem as possible. The idea is to perform stunts and wreak havoc to rack up insane combos and high scores. The new mobile version of the game will retain that exact destructive spirit, only now it will be optimized for touch controls.

"And you guys thought we'd never get it to run on mobile!!" exclaimed Coffee Stain's Armin Ibrisagic in the announcement email. He definitely showed us all.

You can pick up Goat Simulator now on the App Store and the Google Play Store.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?
