Titan Souls' new trailer brings the epic

Hunt for bosses and explore tranquil new worlds in Devolver Digital's latest.

Devolver Digital is slowly becoming one of the most dependable indie publishers out there, and one more piece of proof of that statement just emerged with the release of a new gameplay trailer for Titan Souls.

The game, scheduled for release on PC, PlayStation 4, PS Vita and Mac, features a young quester visiting strange new worlds, while occasionally coming across large bosses that he'll have to defeat. Be careful, though. One hit and you're toast, and you'll have to start all over again.

Devolver has confirmed that the game will be at PAX Prime in Seattle this weekend, so if you're attending the show, be sure to stop by and get your epic on.

Titan Souls should release sometime in 2015.

The use of souls might be problematic, to from software's lawyers

I don`t think if you recall the elder scrolls vs scrolls legal battle that fell flat on its face.

I am fairly sure the reason for using Souls in the name is just to leech off Demon/Dark souls fan base i do not expect a law suit over the name.

I doubt there would actually be a suit but this fails the smell test. First thing I thought when I saw Titan Quest was "another new demons / dark souls game?"

Not sure what devolver was thinking when it went forward with that name.

Was the use of TItan Quest on purpose? because it was the first thing I thought of when I saw the name..

Too bad. I love the art and the Zelda vibe but the one-hit permadeath thing sounds too frustrating for my tastes.
