Guardians of the Galaxy pinball table debuting next week

You'll be hooked on a feeling with Zen Studios' latest table.

We're all going to see the new Guardians of the Galaxy movie this week, right? Right. Before you do, however, Zen Studios has a little something to offer to both Zen Pinball 2 and Pinball FX 2 subscribers. A new table is on the way!

The team announced the Guardians of the Galaxy pinball table this weekend during the Marvel Video Games panel, and we've included the trailer below. It includes Star-Lord, Drax, Gamora, Rocket Raccoon and Groot all in the heat of action, while you shoot for skill shots and other goodies on the board.

The table will release this week for Pinball FX 2 and Zen Pinball 2 on platforms across the board, as well as Marvel Pinball. It'll only set you back $2.99.

Really wish Zen Studios would support cross-platform purchase. I buy a table on one platform and end up playing more on another. So I buy the next table on that platform, but for whatever random reason I end up playing more on the other (mostly pc vs tablet).

Wish Pinball Arcade did that too. I have all their tables om android, but no desire to repurchase them again for PC.

They do to a certain extent (buy it on one Sony platform, you can play it on the others). But since all of the platforms (Sony, Apple, Google, Valve, Microsoft) want their cut, they're not going to support that.

        Well, maybe Valve would.

Your response doesn't make sense. Those platforms get their cut on the purchase, not a login on a competing platform that would let you restore your purchase.

But, to support that would require Zen to have their own purchase/auth/login services. They probably just don't want to support that since it's an added overhead expense. It's nothing to build that into Sony which is the only real platform that has multiple device types (different OSes basically). So, that makes sense.
