Batman: Arkham Knight gets playable Red Hood pre-order bonus
The vigilante Red Hood gets his own story missions as a GameStop exclusive.
Update: GameStop has now officially sent out the announcement with the promo image, confirming the leak.
A promotional image for Batman: Arkham Knight seems to have outed another pre-order bonus.
Batman News (via IGN) reported on the image, which promises two packs for pre-ordering. The first, which lets you play as Harley Quinn, we've known about since March. The second, which is listed as a GameStop exclusive, is the "Red Hood Story Pack."
Arkham Knight is also getting exclusive Scarecrow Nightmare missions on PlayStation 4. It was delayed until 2015, and no formal date has been given yet, but a Microsoft store listing cited February 24. We can probably expect more news from Arkham Knight, possibly including this story pack, as we head towards San Diego Comic-Con.

platform exclusives and retailer exclusives fucking blow. i don't mind pre-order bonuses most of the time because i know for a fact i'm buying this game day one... but i want to get the digital PC version from Amazon or Steam and i don't want this shit to influence my decision. but since i'm a fucking sucker for Batman i'm going to be getting it from Gamestop now. fuck.

I don't know whether to be happy or sad that Rocksteady ended up working on yet another (albeit Next-gen) Batman Game.
Don't get me wrong, Batman: AA and AC are outstanding but the rumours about them working on a Turtles game (quickly proven false) had my hopes up for a while. I'd love to see what these folks can come up with outside the 'constraints' of Batman.
