Dance Central Spotlight coming September 2
Base cost is cheap, with lots of day-one DLC
Dance Central Spotlight will hit Xbox One on September 2, Harmonix announced today.
While not quite embracing the free-to-play model, the game itself is going for cheaper than its predecessors and then supplementing with extra downloadable tracks. The core set will cost $9.99, and includes the following 10 songs.
- Avicii – "Wake Me Up"
- Cher Lloyd – "I Wish"
- David Guetta ft. Sia "Titanium"
- Jason Derulo ft. 2 Chainz – "Talk Dirty"
- Kid Ink ft. Chris Brown – "Show Me"
- Lorde – “Royals”
- OneRepublic – "Counting Stars"
- Pharrell Williams – "Happy"
- Rihanna – “Diamonds”
- will.i.am ft. Justin Bieber – "#thatPOWER"
An additional 50 tracks will be available on release day, with more to follow. Plus, if you've already bought content for Dance Central on Xbox 360, those will be free to download once they come to Spotlight. So far, five of the 50 tracks have been announced as day-one DLC:
- Capital Cities – “Safe and Sound”
- Emeli Sandé – “Next To Me”
- Icona Pop ft. Charli XCX – “I Love It”
- Lana Del Rey – “Summertime Sadness (Cedric Gervais Remix)”
