Killzone: Shadow Fall is adding farting and planking to the game, which sounds pretty harmless. Wait, it costs money???

Sony and Guerrilla Games have released some substantial downloadable content for Killzone: Shadow Fall since its release last fall. This... does not look to be one of them.

A new 'Fun & Games Spotlight Pack' released for the first-person shooter earlier today, adding farting, planking, and other comedy moves (hopefully not as dated) amidst all the multiplayer death and destruction. But it's all fun and games until you realize that this is not free content. The pack is going for $1.99, which means you can indeed put a price on a fart.

Those looking to add these moves to their soldier's repertoire can pick this pack up on the PlayStation Store (via Polygon) for $1.99. On a related note, our own Steve Watts recently pointed out some follies of gaming's current DLC model and "overpriced farting" can now be added to that list.
