Tom Clancy's EndWar Online alpha underway
The alpha for Tom Clancy's EndWar Online has begun, with Ubisoft posting an eight-minute overview on just what the browser-based RTS features.
Ubisoft kicked off the alpha to the browser-based Tom Clancy's EndWar Online earlier this week. The development has hit this stage after months of extensive technical testing. The studio is not only sending invites, but also offering a lengthy overview on just what the game entails.
EndWar Online takes the strategy-based world of EndWar and blows it up to include online multiplayer play, while also throwing in HQ/army management and community-based wars. The game is built with advanced Flash-based graphics to offer a better-looking browser gaming experience. The Ubisoft blog notes that invitations will go out to select UPlay users, while those not selected will be entered into a lottery. Winners will be given immediate access.
