How to use League of Legends' least-loved Champion
A new Shacknews video series looks at League's least popular characters, and attempts to crack the nut of how to actually make good use of them.
League of Legends boasts a whopping 119 champions, and that number is growing all the time. A few sad champs are bound to be left in the dust, and a new Shacknews video series highlights some of the most unloved characters in League.
First up is the loseriest of all the losers, Urgot. We take a look at why he may be so unpopular, and how you can surprise your League buddies by actually using him well.

Urgot's not really an ADC though, as AD caster, he's outclassed by most, if not all other AD carries. Others deal more damage, are more mobile and/or have better range.
Also, bit misleading to play him in a custom match as opposed to a real match, don't you think?
That said, I like playing Urgot and once you hit your E you most squishy champions in early game are basically dead. The problem with old LoL champions is that their mechanics are outclassed by newer champions and while Riot tries to rework them, those are few and far between-
Misleading was not my intention. I tried recording the video in normal matches and the chat was a little...too colorful and many people had strong opinions about my mother.
(That and I botched up the audio on that video)
And that is the tricky thing about games like League that are constantly being touched up. Older content will always look less shiny compared to the newer stuff. But I don't think that means the older champions are inferior...just a little rough around the edges.
And quite frankly I hate that I had to do it in a custom as much as everyone else does. Next videos I promise to only play against other humans. Scout's Honor.-
I could've worded that better, sorry :p What I think I was trying to say is that maybe you can focus a bit more on a champion's weaknesses. I know you mentioned his lack of escape-abilities, but maybe show a gank or two where overextending spells certain doom?
I do like this feature and the set-up and clarity's great!
