Titanfall: Expedition expected to hit Xbox 360 in June
Titanfall's Expedition DLC will hit Xbox One and PC later this month, but Xbox 360 players will be left waiting a little while longer.
Those hoping to get Titanfall's upcoming Expedition DLC on Xbox 360 this month are going to be disappointed. As has been the case since the start of the game's development, the Xbox 360 version of Respawn's shooter will not receive the game's latest content concurrently with its Xbox One and PC big brothers. Developer Bluepoint Games is instead targeting a June arrival.
"Updates for the Xbox 360 will naturally follow behind similar updates for the PC and Xbox One," reads a Titanfall website post. "This timing difference is due to the same reasons that more time was needed to finish Titanfall for the Xbox 360. Respawn must first finish their additions and improvements for the Xbox One and PC, and afterwards Bluepoint can then grab the latest and update the Xbox 360 version. We're working with Respawn and Bluepoint to streamline the process and close the gap, allowing Xbox 360 updates to be published as closely as possible to Respawn's updates."
In addition to the Expedition content, Titanfall on Xbox 360 is also expected to receive enhances private matches and other additions from the recent Xbox One Content Update 2.
Expedition is expected to cost $10 on Xbox 360, just as it does for PC and Xbox One.
