EA Sports has announced Madden NFL 15, set to arrive on PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One on August 26th. Set 10 years before the events of last year's Madden NFL 25, the prequel promises to delve deeper into the back stories of fan-favorite characters of the franchise. How did he get that scar? How did those two meet? What's inside the box? All secrets will be revealed.

Of course, that's not actually what's happening in this year's game. As always, the annualized franchise must offer fans something new. This year, it's "an entirely new broadcast presentation that delivers Madden NFL game day like never before with dramatic all-new camera angles, as well as dynamic pre-game and halftime features."

In addition, fans will be able to vote for the cover athlete, beginning May 8th. Details will be revealed during the NFL Draft on ESPN and NFL Network at 8PM ET. "Fans can look forward to a highly-competitive contest featuring some big-name matchups and intense rivalries," EA promises.

Too bad fans couldn't vote on a game with actual upgrades instead of a new roster and hearing about the new animatronic motion engine and not notice much of a difference then the previous years.

give it a look from a different angle. how much of that staff is the same tiberon guys from the last 20 years?

almost none? they have a significant turnover on the dev team, ~2010 in particular they brought in a ton of new blood including project/dev leads iirc

I don't care about these games but please package them with Sunday Ticket again so I can buy a copy for that and then promptly sell it on eBay.

I was waiting for NCAA to come out for the new systems. I typically bought one every other year. Found out a couple of weeks ago that there is no more NCAA football. Only option is Madden. Sucks they are the only choice around.
