Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call coming to 3DS with over 200 songs
Square Enix confirmed that Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call is coming to North America today, with a new trailer.
Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call has finally been announced for North America, and will hit sometime this year for $39.99. Square Enix marked the announcement with a new trailer showcasing some of the classic songs.
The full game will feature more than 200 songs in all, from across the Final Fantasy spectrum. This one will include some selections from newer titles like Lightning Returns and Realm Reborn. It will also incorporate the Quest Medley mode from the iOS version of the first game. The name "curtain call" is appropriate, as producer Ichiro Hazama has already acknowledged this will be the final game in the music-based series.
"Music is an integral part of Final Fantasy," said Ichiro Hazama, producer. "As with the previous title, we wanted to shine the spotlight on that music for fans to re-experience their favorite moments from across the entire Final Fantasy catalog."
