Bravely Default studio shows off new next-gen rendering engine, Yebis 2

Silicon Studio may be best known for their work on Bravely Default and 3D Dot Heroes, but the company also specializes in offering middleware to other developers. A new tech demo showcases their work on next-gen, with a focus on depth of field, glare, and motion blur. "Yebis 2" is targeting PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, Linux, Android, and iOS.       Wow that is INSANE, imagine what their next RPG could look like? The INSANE thing is not only does this look crazy good they make real good gameplay and games as well, this should turn out good.

      Yeah, it looks great and all, but a game with this level of detail is totally not possible on the consoles.

      I mean, does Star Citizen even have lighting this detailed?

        To be fair, it's a "NEXT" gen engine. The current gen being PS4 and Xbone :P
