There's a weird sensation in playing a game on public transport, knowing that another passenger is inevitably watching and judging you. So give them something to really judge you on, practising dentistry by smashing teeth out with a hammer. Surgeon Simulator developer Bossa Studios today released the iPad version of its bone-smashing, artery-severing, heart-tossing sim at $5.99.

Along with the classic heart and kidney transplants, the iOS version adds teeth and eye transplants. It also takes the action on the move, performing surgeries while rolling the bed through a hospital. Bossa says it has some form of multiplayer too. And, of course, Bossa teases that it's wedged a few more secrets in.
