Watch a full 15-minute Heroes of the Storm match
Blizzard has posted a full game of Heroes of the Storm, showing off the new MOBA in a more competitive environment.
Blizzard has gone to great lengths to make sure its entry to the MOBA genre, Heroes of the Storm, is accessible to players of any experience level. That's all well and good, but how does it play competitively? Blizzard's developers recently took to the HotS arena, where game director Dustin Browder and Kevin Knocke provide commentary and an insight into how the new MOBA will operate in a competitive atmosphere.
This session takes place on the Dragon Shire map, where Browder and Knocke explain the map's objectives and the events that can pop up over the course of the game. The commentary team also provides valuable explanation on each of the characters featured, as well as their strengths, weaknesses, special abilities, and tactics.
Check out the video below for the full game, which lasts a little over 15 minutes.

Purge talked about it after Blizzcon, very informed and balanced opinions: http://youtu.be/6ip3I-7H6CQ
Basically, it is Diretide from Dota 2 done as an entire game. Objectives and way more team fighting right from the start.
He also brings up why disables and CC can't be as powerful as in Dota, and he's right. It was one of my big complaints right after playing it but he nailed why it can't really be the same.

I had the same CC/disable complaint after I played it, but Purge made a great point in his video why a bunch of heroes with 1.5 second disables wouldn't work in a game that is based almost entirely on teamfights. It makes sense in a game like Dota that is based around risk/reward in ganks, lanes that are split up because of the way XP is distributed, etc etc.
No XP split in HotS means that everyone teamfights from the start. Teamfights from the start means that disables/CC can't be powerful like in Dota, otherwise a subset of heroes would be super OP at all stages in the game.
HotS may not end up being for me but the design decisions make sense.
