Yoshi 3DS XL coming March 14 for $200
Nintendo is launching a Yoshi-themed 3DS XL, this time themed after the upcoming Yoshi's New Island. It won't include the game with the system, however.
Nintendo is launching another 3DS XL, this time featuring its adorable hungry dinosaur. The Yoshi-themed system will launch on March 14, alongside Yoshi's New Island, but contrary to earlier rumors the game won't be bundled with the system.
As a result, the 3DS XL itself will cost $199.99, the same MSRP as a standard 3DS XL system. Even without a bundle deal, though, it is launching in March which makes it qualified for the free Pokemon X/Y promotion.
The 3DS XL features a green color scheme and Yoshi running along the front, with some Yoshi eggs on the back. Yoshi's New Island is launching separately for $39.99.
