The HD revamps are based upon the extended International Editions, which were never released in North America. They boast improved graphics, "rearranged" music, cross-save between PlayStation 3 and Vita, and according to this trailer, some groovy new dancing outfits.
FF X/X2 HD is due to launch for PS3 and Vita on March 18. The PS3 release has both on one disc, while the Vita retail release include X HD on disc and a voucher to download X2 HD.
