New game releases of February 17-23
Next week brings oodles of new games, including bug-squisher Earth Defense Force 2025, town-builder Banished, the next-gen versions of jumper Rayman, murder-y jumper Strider, ape simulator Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, and an Early Access release for mankind-destroyer Plauge Inc: Evolved on PC. Oh, and a new Dreamcast game.

The PC edition of Rambo: The Video Game may be available too. Technically its European launch is on Friday, and it's not due in North America for a while, but you may be able to get the PC version if it's not region-locked on Steam.

In my understanding, this studio releases all their games on Neo-Geo MVS first, which is why it's low res and sprite based. They usually port it to dreamcast a few months later.
And the reason they can do this is that the most Dreamcasts can play burned copies of games with no modification. So they don't need to use any special disc for these new games, just CDs. Later model Dreamcasts won't play burned games, and by extension, these new Dreamcast games.
