Ace Attorney Trilogy going 'HD' on 3DS in Japan
Phoenix Wright's first three cases are getting bundled up for a single 3DS release, with the Ace Attorney Trilogy headed to Japan on April 17.
So you've just finished Phoenix Wright's latest courtroom adventure and need something to help fill the gap between now and the time he crosses paths with a certain gentleman professor. It looks like the Ace Attorney's first three courtroom cases are going to see a re-release on Nintendo's handheld with a bit of a facelift.
The Japanese magazine Famitsu (via Siliconera) reports that the original Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, Justice for All, and Trials and Tribulations will come to 3DS bundled up as the Ace Attorney Trilogy. Each of these handheld cases will receive "HD" upgrades and added touch controls, just like its iOS counterpart.
Ace Attorney Trilogy HD will hit Japan under the title "Ace Attorney: Wright Selection" on April 17. No word on a North American release at this time.

So it'll have the look of Dual Destinies? I like that look. That second Ace Attorney game, Justice For All, is a tough one and probably my least favorite of the series. But I might buy this anyway when it comes out.
And while I'm on the Ace Attorney topic, anyone watched the Ace Attorney movie? Here it is with English subtitles: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-_-ej_kxpm0
