PlanetSide 2 video teases new 2014 content

PlanetSide 2 has had a very good 2013 and you can celebrate by watching a new video that offers a tease of what's to come, including the long-awaited Hossin and the PS4 version.

PlanetSide 2 has already come out with plans for regular weekly updates, but that's just scratching the surface of what's coming in 2014. A new video teases what's coming during the next year in the Auraxian War, while also showing off what a good year 2013 was for Sony Online Entertainment's MMOFPS.

The video shows some bonkers statistics, including more than 6 million players, more than 1.05 billion kills, and over 110 billion bullets fired. SOE hopes to see the number grow, as it teases the long-awaited Hossin continent, Nexus Battle Island, and the upcoming PlayStation 4 version.

  In other news thank you PC players for beta testing the game for the past year. That's how it feels anyways and that they are ramping up to milk the PS4 users for all they are worth.

    Welcome to being a pc gamer. We get to beta test everything before the consoles get it. I tend to look at it as perk of being a pc gamer rather than being all negative about it.
