A crossover between The Legend of Zelda and Dynasty Warriors may not be something you've clamoured for, but it's something you're getting. Nintendo today announced Hyrule Warriors for Wii U, a spin-off from Tecmo Koei's hack 'n' slash series which series Link murdering hordes of monsters.
A crossover between The Legend of Zelda and Dynasty Warriors may not be something you've clamoured for, but it's something you're getting. Nintendo today announced Hyrule Warriors for Wii U (or so it's codenamed, anyway), a spin-off from Tecmo Koei's hack 'n' slash series which series Link murdering hordes of monsters.
"It is an all-new game for Wii U, bringing the tried-and-true action gameplay of Tecmo Koei's Warriors series to the world of Zelda. We hope you can imagine many new possibilities," president Saturo Iwata said in the vague announcement. It's due in 2014. Here's the announcement trailer:
