Disney Interactive has just announced Star Wars: Attack Squadrons, a new free-to-play online space combat game for PC. The game will support three PVP modes, including a 16-player free-for-all deathmatch mode, team battles, and "Base Defense," where teams must either defend their base or coordinate an attack against the opposing team.
Being a free-to-play game, there's undoubtedly going to be a ton of stuff to buy, upgrade, and personalize. Undoubtedly, you'll eventually be able to use real money to unlock content or boost XP gains.
"Regular updates," including new ships, items, and upgrades are planned to roll out every month. You can join the beta by signing up with your Disney account on the game's official website.
