We've already written a lot of words on how Pokemon Bank and Poke Transporter work. Coming December 27 to the Nintendo eShop, the subscription service will let you store thousands of Pokemon in the cloud--including legacy critters from the Pokemon Black & White games. A free 30 day trial will be available until January 31, after which a $5 annual subscription will be required.

Of course, maybe that's a bit too much information to digest all at once. Or maybe you require your news to be delivered with really happy music in the background. Either way, Nintendo released a new video showing off how the upcoming service works, and it's a great way to see some older Legendary Pokemon appear in X&Y's new 3D engine.
