Gran Turismo 6 introduces BMW M4 Coupe for two-week event

The BMW M4 Coupe hasn't been released to the public, but Gran Turismo 6 owners will get a chance to drive a virtual version from now until December 26 through a new BMW M4 Coupe Superlap challenge.

Gran Turismo 6 continues to add to its already-impressive garage, as Polyphony Digital have announced that they'll be bringing the new BMW M4 Coupe to their racer as upcoming DLC in 2014. But in the spirit of the holidays, players will get the opportunity to drive it early, from now until December 26.

A new seasonal event allows drivers to buy or rent this new model vehicle for a special BMW M4 Coupe Superlap challenge, taking place on the Nürburgring Grand Prix circuit.

This event is possible through a recent collaboration between Polyphony Digital and BMW, in which the studio got a chance to get early access to the brand new vehicle and re-create for GT6 from scratch. Check out this beauty in the trailer below. For more on GT6, check out our review.
