The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds story trailer reveals new villain, new princess
Nintendo has released a new trailer for The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds has been released, unveiling a new evil and the second world of Lorule.
The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds is about six weeks away from bringing fans back to the world of SNES classic A Link to the Past. To make the wait that much more agonizing, Nintendo has released a new trailer for Link's new adventure, detailing the new story and the game's new villain.
The trailer shows off the game's new villain, Yuka, bearing a visual resemblance to series villain Ganondorf while wielding the magical prowess of the wizard Aghanim from Link to the Past. The villain is seen turning people into flat 2D paintings before fleeing into walls. Familiar locales, like Hyrule Castle and The Lost Woods, are seen throughout this vignette.
The trailer ends curiously in a different world, referred to as Lorule, with Princess Hilda calling out for a hero just like Link. You can watch the whole thing below. Just try not to get chills when you hear the iconic opening title screen music from A Link to the Past near the end.

In games, Link has either blonde or brown hair. I want a black Link. The hero of time can therefore be any kid. That's what I'd do anyway while they experiment with different art styles. I also await for a Zelda game that takes place in a modern day setting. Doesn't mean they can't go back to simpler times as there are many heroes of time.
