Saints Row's expansion-turned-sequel-turned-DLC 'Enter the Dominatrix' will launch on October 23, Deep Silver announced today. The publisher also revealed that the second story DLC Saints Row IV is 'How the Saints Saved Christmas,' and will arrive later this year with bags of festive cheer.

Enter the Dominatrix started life as an expansion pack for Saints Row: The Third, but then-publisher THQ decided to blow it up into a full game. Here's what publisher Deep Silver has to say about Enter the Dominatrix's storyline:

In this alternate take on the Zin invasion storyline, Zinyak and the legions of his alien empire trap the Saints in a virtual world run by a mad AI program known as the Dominatrix. In order to thwart her nefarious schemes and escape to the real world, the Saints will have to counter her army of gimps and sex-workers, shut down her demented simulation, and make unlikely allies along the way.

It also includes fourth wall-breaking commentary from characters explaining a little about the expansion's development and why bits were cut. And it has a 'Dildozer,' which I can only imagine is, well, a sight to behold. Enter the Dominatrix will cost $6.99, or comes with How the Saints Saved Christmas in the $9.99 DLC season pass.
