Surgeon Simulator 2013 has been updated today with two new missions... in space. Players will now be able to perform brain surgery and kidney surgery... in space. And, get 18 new achievements... in space.

This isn't the doctor's first foray into a zero-G environment, however. The game already included a secret space mission that can be unlocked by collecting all the floppy disks in the game. You can take a peek at what that looks like after the break.
