Infamous: Second Son is trading the series' usual fictional settings for the real life locale of Seattle--hence the hero's bohemian dress code. To really drive home the city, though, Sony has commissioned artists to make exclusive vests available as pre-order bonuses. Seattle is big on vests.

According to PlayStation.Blog, the vests were made by the city's own Penny Arcade, iam8bit, San Diego's Exist 1981, and Jos Ramirez. And before you get too excited, do note that these are digital vests for use in the game only--not actual articles of clothing you can wear.
