Free PlayStation Plus with Vita 3G activation
Now that every Vita is only $199--including the 3G-equipped Walking Dead bundle--AT&T has decided to relaunch their free game promo. But not only that, they've sweetened the deal, tempting gamers to sign up for 3G service on their Vita handhelds.

Data access on the Vita ranges from $14.99 a month for 250MB to $50 for 5GB. If you're already an AT&T subscriber, you can also add Vita to your Mobile Share Plan for $10/month. Through that option, you simply share your wireless data limit across all your devices.
By signing up, you'll get Super Stardust Delta and Smart As. In addition, you'll also get three months of PlayStation Plus. Combined, that's a $55 value. That's not a bad deal if you pick up one month of data and decide to cancel it once done.

Though it looks like you pay $15 once (the cheapest data plan) and then cancel and you've got yourself all the free stuff. I mean yeah it's $55 worth of stuff, but after the $15 data plan it's actually $40 savings.
I think it is pretty silly not to get the Walking Dead bundle, but essentially putting down $15 for Super Stardust Delta, Smart As, and 3 months of PS+ (which comes with a bunch of other free PS Vita games), I mean it's not that hard to think about.

As I said in my post above, I wouldn't look at it as buying a data plan so much as paying $15 for 2 games plus 3 months of PS+
You then turn off the data plan to not auto renew and you are all good. All the text clearly states there is no requirement to renew your data plan and you are not on a contract.
