Warner Bros told Shacknews that console players will be able to claim a code for the PC version by checking their "Profile" section and then looking up the VIP code, and inputting it into Steam. That will gain them access to the base game in their Steam library.
If you didn't purchase it on console, you have a choice of three versions. The "Smaug's Treasure" version for $9.99 gives you a Smaug's Greed Relic and some in-game gold. The standard option, simply called Guardians of Middle-Earth, will cost $19.99 and include Gandalf, Galadriel, Hildifons, Mozgog, Bert, Legolas, and alternate skins for each. The "Mithril Edition" is $79.99, includes all of the characters and alternate skins, and grants you a Mithril Guardian Relic and a buddy key to give a friend. If you want to take a shortcut to unlocking characters, the store will sell six Guardian Packs at $14.99 apiece, each of which includes five guardians with their alternate skins.
