Payday 2 raids PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 next week

Planning is everything in a heist, but that's a mite difficult when people drag their heels on confirming dates. So, good news: Payday 2's release date has been narrowed from some time this month to next Tuesday. The heist FPS is hitting PC via Steam, and is getting both digital and retail releases on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

Payday 2 will cost $30 on PC, $40 in a box for consoles, or $60 for a console-only Collector's Edition with a mask, gloves, and some other stuff you probably don't want to have in your home. The digital console release, ah, don't know the price.

  Looks fun! I have the 1st one, but never played it. I should dust that off and prep myself for this one.
  
  Payday1 good? People still play? Can you single player either of them? Yes, MP is where it's at, but I'd rather tone my skills in SP 1st off.
