Sonic Lost World finds release on October 22

The Nintendo-exclusive Sonic Lost World will be available on 3DS and Wii U on October 22nd.

Sega's fully embracing the Sonic cycle by making a game all about Sonic going around on cylinders! The Nintendo-exclusive Lost World will be available on 3DS and Wii U on October 22nd.

In our E3 preview, Steve wrote that Sonic Lost World "looks promising" due to its Mario Galaxy inspiration. As it is a Sonic game, it warrants skepticism, but it sure does look nifty in this new trailer.

    It's the closest thing to mario galaxy hd we'll get this year. NSM3DL2 looks like a lot of fun but I was hoping for something a little more grandiose. Here's hoping Sega can channel some of that Sonic Generations magic into this one.
