Killzone: Mercenary closed beta sign-ups open

Sony has opened up the closed beta sign-ups for Killzone: Mercenary. You have until next Wednesday at 2 PM PT to sign up for a shot at entry.

Sony has opened sign-ups for the closed beta test of the Vita game Killzone: Mercenary. You have until Wednesday to sign up, but the company notes this is a small beta with "few participants."

The PlayStation Blog announced the beta sign-up, consisting of a simple form. The beta will consist of multiplayer matches with customized loadouts, letting you experiment with the options to hone your strategy.

The blog did not mention when the beta would begin, or which multiplayer modes would be on tap. This is your second chance to get in, after PlayStation Home offered a chance at the beta during the week of E3.
