Star Wars Pinball getting standalone version on PlayStation 3, Vita
Star Wars Pinball is getting an exclusive standalone version on PlayStation 3 and Vita next week, with new community features.
Star Wars Pinball is getting a standalone version on PlayStation 3 and Vita next week. The game was originally released as downloadable content for Zen Pinball 2 on the PlayStation platforms, but now it's coming as its own game with a few extra features.
The PlayStation standalone versions are exclusive to their platforms, according to a post on the PlayStation Blog. They'll be hitting next week, and add a few community features. You can choose to support the Galactic Empire or the Rebel Alliance, with scores going toward a community goal and the user interface changing as the sides trade blows. You'll also get a new XP progression system that lets you move up the ranks of your chosen side. If you've already bought the tables for Zen Pinball 2, you get the individual Star Wars Pinball as well, for both platforms.
