Level-5 second 3DS collection includes Mega Man creator
During today's Nintendo Direct, the company announced that Level-5's next compilation of games is coming to North America. It includes small projects from Keiji Inafune, Kazuya Asano and Takemaru Akibo, and Kaz Aayabe.
Level-5 is following up last year's trio of eShop games with another set of three games. This second "Guild" collection will include more small projects from famed Japanese developers.
The collection includes "The Starship Damrey" from text adventure pioneers Kazuya Asano and Takemaru Akibo, an adventure game that has you searching for clues. "Bugs vs Tanks" from Inafune features a customizable tank fighting against swarms of giant bugs. Finally, Kaz Ayabe's "Attack of the Friday Monsters! A Tokyo Tale" puts you in the role of a young boy who lives in a world where giant monsters from 1970s Japanese TV shows come to life once a week.
Each of the games will be available individually on the eShop this spring, and they all come with special bonus content for those who have purchased any of Level-5's previous Guild titles. Bonus content includes a special scenario for Starship Damrey, a gold tank for Tanks vs Bugs, and concept art and illustrations for Friday Monsters.
Level-5 is also putting the previous three games on sale between April 18 and May 30. Those include Liberation Maiden and Crimson Shroud price at $4.99 instead of $7.99, and Aero Porter down to $2.99 from $4.99.
