Guacamelee set for April 9 on PS3 and Vita

Guacamelee has been given a date and price, primed to fulfill the criminally underserved "superpowered lucha libre" genre. DrinkBox announced today that it will be available on April 9 for $14.99. The game will be on both PlayStation 3 and Vita, with cross-buy and cross-save features across both platforms.
A post on the PlayStation.Blog gave the date and price, and detailed the long journey of Guacamelee from GDC 2011 to now. After earning a Canadian Media Fund award, the studio eventually made the game a PSN-exclusive for Pub Fund money.
