The 7th Guest 3 coming to PC, Mac, mobile devices
The 7th Guest is getting a sequel, titled The 7th Guest: 3. Developer Trilobyte is aiming to launch in 12-18 months, and plans to use a Kickstarter campaign if it doesn't find other funding.
Trilobyte is making another 7th Guest, this time targeting PC, Mac, Android, and iOS devices. The game, titled The 7th Guest: 3, will be ready in the next 12-18 months. The sequel promises a whole lot of fan service for devotees of the original, and will include some staff from the original games.
Studio co-founder Charlie McHenry told Polygon that the game will once again take you to a spooky mansion, full of puzzles and artifacts to explore. This time the Stauf mansion is "something of a historical museum" as you work to uncover the fuller mystery of the older games. The game may be launching a Kickstarter campaign next month, depending on whether the studio finds other funding.

That Fat Man's OST for T7G is one of the best of all-time, right up with there with Mechwarrior 2.
If you haven't heard it before, the soundtrack is several songs all strung together into a single track on the 2nd cd that came with the original game.

The Fat Man actually did a dance remix for OC Remix, and Mazedude did a song for his The American Album, though the sketch Stauf Never Sleeps is actually my favorite in the bunch.

Of the OC Remixes, AmIEviL comes closest to the feeling of the source work while doing something new.
Need to dig out the CDs, or just break down get it on GOG. I don't know why I didn't rip the audio tracks when I ripped the data for DOSBox (and now that it supports it, ScummVM).
